Insurance Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

1. Included Coverage

Every rental from Anchorpoint Enterprises LLC includes basic liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. This coverage is active for the duration of the rental period as defined in your booking confirmation. Coverage applies only when the vehicle is operated by the authorized renter named in the reservation.

2. Liability Coverage

Liability coverage protects you against claims made by third parties for bodily injury or property damage resulting from an accident in which you are at fault. Coverage meets or exceeds the minimum requirements set by the State of Oklahoma. This does not cover damage to the rented vehicle itself.

3. Collision Coverage

Collision coverage pays for damage to the rental vehicle resulting from a collision with another vehicle or object, regardless of fault. A deductible of $500 applies per incident and is the responsibility of the renter. Claims must be reported immediately and supported by a police report when applicable.

4. Comprehensive Coverage

Comprehensive coverage protects against non-collision events such as theft, vandalism, weather events, fire, and falling objects. A deductible of $500 applies per incident. Theft must be reported to local law enforcement within 24 hours, and a police report number must be provided to Anchorpoint Enterprises LLC.

5. What Is Not Covered

The following are explicitly excluded from coverage:

  • Damage resulting from reckless, negligent, or intoxicated driving
  • Damage caused by an unauthorized driver
  • Damage resulting from off-road use not intended for the vehicle type
  • Interior damage including stains, burns, and odors
  • Damage to tires caused by road hazards (nails, potholes, curbs)
  • Personal belongings left in or stolen from the vehicle
  • Loss of use charges during repair periods (unless separately arranged)

6. Reporting a Claim

In the event of an accident or incident, the renter must:

  • Ensure the safety of all parties and call emergency services if needed
  • Contact local law enforcement and obtain a police report number
  • Notify Anchorpoint Enterprises LLC within 24 hours of any incident
  • Document the scene with photos if safe to do so
  • Obtain the names, contact information, and insurance details of any other parties involved
  • Do not admit fault or liability to any third party

7. Personal Insurance

Renters may have existing personal auto insurance or credit card coverage that applies to rental vehicles. We recommend contacting your personal insurer prior to your rental to understand how your existing coverage interacts with ours. Anchorpoint Enterprises LLC's included coverage is primary for all rentals.
