Rental Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Anchorpoint Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual completing the reservation ("Renter," "you," or "your"). By completing a booking through our website, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 years for sports and premium vehicles)
• Hold a valid, unexpired driver's license issued in the United States
• Provide a valid payment method at the time of booking
• Have a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
• Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance during the rental period

3. Reservation & Payment

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking via PayPal. The total rental fee is calculated based on the number of days reserved, at the daily rate displayed for each vehicle. Partial days are charged as full days. Pricing is subject to change without notice for future bookings.

4. Pickup & Return

Vehicles may be picked up no earlier than 10:00 AM on the start date. Returns must be completed by the agreed return time. Late returns will be charged at the daily rate, prorated per hour, after a 30-minute grace period. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Failure to do so will result in a refueling fee.

5. Authorized Use

The rented vehicle may only be operated by the individual listed on the reservation. Subletting, transferring, or allowing any other person to drive the vehicle is strictly prohibited. The vehicle may not be used for:

• Any illegal activity or purpose
• Racing, speed testing, or performance driving events
• Towing or hauling beyond the vehicle's rated capacity (unless specified)
• Off-road driving on surfaces not designed for the vehicle type
• Transportation of flammable, hazardous, or illegal substances

6. Mileage Policy

Each vehicle includes a mileage allowance as stated on the vehicle listing page. Mileage in excess of the included allowance will be charged at the overage rate specified per vehicle. Mileage is recorded at pickup and return.

7. Damage & Liability

The Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental period, regardless of fault, except where covered by the included insurance policy. The Renter must report any accidents, damage, or theft to Anchorpoint Enterprises LLC and local authorities immediately. Pre-existing damage will be documented at the time of pickup.

8. No Smoking Policy

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside the vehicle will result in a cleaning and deodorization fee of up to $350, charged to the payment method on file.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
